Nitecore MH25GT Rechargeable LED Torch Hunting Kit

The Nitecore MH25GT is a powerful USB rechargeable torch that features a Cree XP-L HI V3 LED to provide a maximum of 1000 lumens output on the highest setting.

A Nitecore 18650 3400 mAh lithium-ion battery is supplied with the torch and can be charged internally. Plug the supplied charging lead into the micro USB port one end, which is revealed by unscrewing the USB cover on the neck of the torch, and the other end into a USB port or suitable USB mains/car adaptor. The red LED indicator will blink twice every second to show charging is in progress.

Alternatively the MH25GT can be powered by two non-rechargeable CR123A primary lithium battery cells or two rechargeable RCR123A/16340 lithium-ion batteries, however they require external charging and can’t be charged inside the MH25GT.

By utilising the domeless design of the Cree XP-L HI V3 LED, the MH25GT produces a concentrated long range beam of up to 452 meters, which is normally only achievable with a searchlight with a much larger reflector.

Two modes of turbo and user defined are available to select from. Turbo is accessed when the head of the torch is fully tightened and momentary operation or constant on is possible. Slightly loosening the head will enter into user defined mode where you can select a preferred setting so that in everyday use you can loosen and tighten the head to go between turbo and your selected setting.

When the torch is off with the head loosened half presses will cycle through high, mid, low, SOS and strobe in turn. Fully pressing in the tail switch on the desired setting will select it and this will be remembered until you change it again.

The perfect torch for people who need a combination of a long beam range and the ability to quickly change between two different settings.

Using two Nitecore CR123A lithium metal primary single-use batteries:
Turbo: 1000 lumens; 45 minutes run-time*
High: 300 lumens; 3 hours, 15 minutes run-time
Mid: 110 lumens; 7 hours, 45 minutes run-time
Low: 50 lumens; 23 hours run-time

Using one Nitecore 18650 3400 mAh lithium-ion rechargeable battery:
Turbo: 1000 lumens; 1 hour run-time*
High: 300 lumens; 4 hours run-time
Mid: 110 lumens; 10 hours, 45 minutes run-time
Low: 50 lumens; 36 hours run-time

Tested to ANSI standards, the data is approximate and may vary between torches, batteries and environments.

Note: *The overheat protection will automatically drop the turbo brightness level after 3 minutes continuous use, therefore this is an accumulated run-time.

Primary Cells – Please note that CR123A lithium metal primary battery cells are not rechargeable.

Rechargeable Cells – This torch is supplied with a lithium-ion rechargeable battery and a USB charging cable. Mains and car USB adaptors can be purchased separately.
